Webb8 maj 2024 · From what I can tell, there aren't any differences in the settings between those groups, and A/B. I unchecked the "hide" option for Group A in the 365 admin center. I can right-click Groups > Browse, and find the group in Outlook, but if I want to join it, I have to send a request to the group members. I'm already a member of that Group. For Outlook on the web, you can click gear icon to open Settings > General > Distribution groups, then you can manage the members.
