I’m thrilled with the results and have lost about 50 pounds so far. That means a weight loss of around 5 pounds a month which is awesome! WebHere is what I learned after eating Keto for 100 days straight without going off plan: I love how I feel when I am following a Ketogenic diet. I don’t feel bloated at all, I stay full, and the food isn’t on my mind nearly as often. It is very freeing not to feel like I always have to eat. I love going hours without food crossing my mind.
