WebI'd say realistically 4GB per windows VM, 8GB if being used for more intensive tasks. And 4GB per linux VM with a full DE. Linux server VMs depends a lot of what is running on it, as the OS itself uses minimal RAM. The rest of the list probably needs less than 4GB total.
