WebYouth is defined by HeartWood as adolescents, or teenagers, between the ages of 12-18. It is at this stage of development that young people are going through many changes and choices. During this time they can benefit from the support of positive peer groups, programming, and mentorship. WebHeartwood: A new leadership training for youth ages 13+! We are thrilled to offer this new program for Youth Leaders from the community to support our Summer Camps! Youth Leaders will play a key role in creating a rich, dynamic learning environment in the forest for all campers both by learning and by leading.
